Blue Memory is the 5th Plain Loco album to date, and the first album with the current lineup of Steve, Tony and Bill. The songs are all original compositions written or co-written by members of the band. It was produced by Plain Loco along with Sean Kenny and was recorded at Sean's 'Hog Wild' Studios in Kent. Recording began in August 1999 and the band went in for 1 or 2 days at a time to fit in with their gigging schedule.
Extra musicians on the album were:
Karl Brazil (son of Pete) on drums, and Sean Barry on keyboards. Sean
Kenny also sang backing vocals and played some acoustic guitar.
The album finally went to press in March 2000 and was officially
launched on 22nd April.
