Your ticket pack will contain a map of the Milton Keynes road-grid system and this should be all you'll need to find the venue once you get to MK. It would be as well to familiarise yourself with MK's layout beforehand, though, and there's information to help you to do that on the Navigation pages later in this site tour.
SoD2K is scheduled to begin at 13:10 so if you time your arrival for around 12:30 you'll have time to settle in.
Make sure you bring your ticket(s) and the MV badge(s) which will have been included in your ticket pack! Please also remember to sign yourself in (and out) of the School's Visitor Book - this is to comply with procedures in the event of fire.
There is plenty of parking on site. For more information about the venue, click into the Bury Lawn School siding.

The afternoon will belong solely to MVs (with one possible exception - unless Wizz Jones has joined MV by that time!) beginning at 13:10 and ending at around 17:30 with tea break at around 15:15. Mike Powell will be MC.
We'll break at 17:30 for supper between 17:45 - 1845 : if you require alcoholic sustenance with your food you should be able to buy it.
Doors open for the evening concert at 1845.
Assuming that MVs haven't accounted for all the places available, we will be joined for the evening concert by Staff, Parents & (older) Pupils of Bury Lawn who will be encouraged to take up the remaining places. As you may have deduced from the poster (see Smash Flops if you haven't) we're hoping to attract a small number of extra Milton Keynesians, too.
Pete Atkin will play two sets, both of at least 70 minutes, divided by a 20-minute refreshment break. PA's first set will begin at 19:15.
We're working on some MV souvenir (but useful!) merchandise. We've had some Midnight Voices lapel badges made already and Steve Bennett is hoping to display some samples of leisure wear which will carry MV logos : if enough people express interest, he'll go ahead and order the appropriate quantity to be made.
At the moment the evening concert is scheduled to end at 22:00 but there may be a little flexibility there if needed.
I have arranged a post-concert reception, to be held at the Quality Hotel, Milton Keynes from 2300hrs. With MVs in mind who might be driving home after the event, I have asked for light refreshments to be available in addition to alcohol. To be eligible to attend, you'll normally need to have been at the afternoon sessions and/or to be resident at the Quality Hotel.
