trouble listing your auction
Account
Limited
if you are getting a
message saying your account has reached it limit you need to check your seller fees are
paid.
Unless you are
signed up to automatic fee payment your account is limited when your fees reach £15

fees are to date
There area variety
of things associated with SY1 listing form and no any one thing seems to resolve so there
are various things listed here you can try either to work round or list another way
completely
Its a case of seeing
what is easiest for you
Try
these things first
Clear
Cookies
Clear cookies by go to tools menu
at the top in Internet Explorer
- Click internet options
- Click to clear cookies temp
internet files and history
- Click content
- then auto complete
- clear passwords
- Reboot
you can clear the cache by
holding down Ctrl or F5 while you refresh the page
Photo
manager problems but may work for other problems too

- Open 'Browser'
- Click on 'Tools'
- Select 'Internet Options'
- Click on 'Security' Tab
- Click on 'Custom Level' Tab
- Select 'Enable' for 'Navigate
Sub-Frames Across Different Domains'
There are no guarantees either of
these things will solve your problems but they do work for a lot of people

Changing to
Mozilla Firefox Browser
This was suggested some months
ago when Mac and Safari users had problems
Ebay have now suggested that
Internet Explorer user may solve their problems
Its suggested to that IE7 users
may roll back back to IE6

Many find it easier to download
turbo lister
The form is a little more
straight forwards and not the hang ups that the online form has

leisure and upload when ready

listing tool which is said to be easier than via Ebay

additional pictures for free

the listing of certain designer items

You need to verify your Paypal
account and link to Ebay

Linking Ebay to
paypal
- In My Ebay click Paypal and login
via the link
- Go to Profile at the top
- Click Preferences
- Click auctions
- The add account
- Your Ebay/Paypal accounts should
then be linked

apparently
the Ebay trust and safety department need to lift the BTAC block from your selling account
after reviewing it.
also make sure your email for
payment is primary in paypal

Delays in
Listings Appearing in Search
Listing may be delayed updating
onto search for well in excess of 24 hours
Using scheduled listings they
seem to be appearing in searches immediately
it does cost an extra 6p though
this is particularly in the
designer goods categories as Ebay are checking the items for authenticity
