Tool Making
Tool making currently accommodates up to 2 tonnes gross weight. Multi-stage progression and single operation tooling is designed from component drawings and customer specifications.
All design work is carried out in house under the control of ISO9001.

In house wire erosion is used extensively to control quality and ensure repeatability if required for spares or duplicate tooling for larger production runs.

Should customers require A J Williams to work with their existing tooling, then we are happy to introduce it into our tool room and carry out necessary maintenance and servicing.
