making currently accommodates up to 2 tonnes gross weight. Multi-stage
progression and single operation tooling is designed from component
drawings and customer specifications. |

All
design work is carried out in house under the control of ISO9001.

In
house wire erosion is used extensively to control quality and ensure
repeatability if required for spares or duplicate tooling for larger
production runs.
Should
customers require A J Williams to work with their existing tooling,
then we are happy to introduce it into our tool room and carry out
necessary maintenance and servicing.

work is offered up to 200 tonnes in all materials and finishes across
single operation, blanking in strip or coil, multistage progression
and assembly work |

| Welded
Assemblies And Fabrications |
| Mig/Tig
welded assemblies in steel up to 1/2 tonne from pressed components
to structural steel is available, together with aluminium extrusions
and sun roof frames in all finishes. |

| Projection
welding is to 75 KVA. |
| Drilling
and Tapping |
|
|
Drilling
for components, ie. pressings, turned parts, etc., is undertaken on
multiheaded drilling machines and tapping to M12 or 1/2". |
