Tool making is currently manufactured up to 2 tonnes gross weight. Multi-stage progression and single operation tooling is designed from component drawings and customer specifications. All design work is caried out in house under the control of ISO9001. In house wire erosion is used extensively to control quality and ensure repeatability if required for spares or duplicate tooling for larger production runs.
