1.      Competitions will be subject to normal playing conditions for oche dimensions, as published in the main W & CDDL League Rules.

2.      Individual competition rules (double in / straight in, bust / no bust etc) will be published on the relevant competition entry sheet.  All players must be registered League players unless otherwise stated.

3.      Singles – Competitors entering any singles competition must play at the venue where drawn.  It is at the discretion of the relevant Competition Secretary whether he/she will allow late entries to the competition.  No substitutes can be entered, even if he/she is a signed on player.

4.      Pairs - Competitors entering any pairs competition must play at the venue where drawn.  It is at the discretion of the relevant Competition Secretary whether he/she will allow late entries. The pair must notify the relevant competition secretary 7 days in advance of the competition if they need to use a substitute player and the Competition Secretary will tell the new pair at which venue they will be playing. Pairs must be registered to the same League team unless stated on the entry sheet.  No substitutes can be used once a pair has played their first match.

5.      Team Competitions (3’s, 4’s, 5’s, 6’s) – Teams entering any competition must play at the venue where drawn. Teams must name a reserve if available, who will not pay an entrance fee.  The team must notify the relevant competition secretary 7 days in advance of the competition if they need to use the named reserve. Team members must be registered to the same League team unless stated on the entry sheet.  Once a team has made a substitution they cannot make another substitution once the competition has started.

6.      If a player turns up on the night of a competition at the wrong venue, he/she will not be allowed to play.

7.      Players must not enter competitions if they cannot attend the published date for Finals Night.

8.      Captains must check that their players can turn up on the published date for Finals Night before entering a player in a competition.

9.      Teams can play in competitions short handed.
