• Tai Chi
  - two classes on Fridays 9.30 - 10.30am and 10.30 - 11.30am - please phone for places.
  
  
• Crafts class
  - sewing, knitting and other handicrafts Fridays 1.30 - 2.30pm - no booking necessary, just turn up.
  
  
• Chair based exercises
  starts Monday 23 March times are:
  

23rd March to 13th April    12.30 - 1.30pm

20th April onwards    11.00 - 12.00am

We have moved

Age Concern Grimsby moved to its new home, The Elms, in April 2008. Our building is just off Abbey Road and is in pleasant tree lined surroundings.

We have ample parking space and pleasant gardens in front of the building.

Inside we have a superb dining room and dining facilities.

Trips

Trips are held each month - call in or ring the Grimsby office for details.

Beverley Trip

We recently took a group of members to beautiful market town Beverley for a day out, the weather was very warm and sunny and a good time was had by all.
