I am not exhibiting with a gallery at the moment but have recently held an Open Studio and Sale at my home in Sussex, where I have converted part of the studio into a permanent gallery space. This space is well lit and ideal for exhibiting some of my larger paintings.
Over the past few years I have been visiting Switzerland in the summer with my family - you will find some small studies in oils painted on these holidays in the Archive section of this site. This Year I made a series of gouache paintings on paper while staying in the mountains near Courbeyrier, Vaud, in the Rhone Valley and have used these as source material for oil paintings made in the studio. I would like to have an exhibition in the next year or so devoted to mountain paintings.
If you have visited this site before - and you clearly have good taste if you have - you may notice that I have removed the prices from the thumbnail images. This is partly to reduce the commercial feel of the page that some viewers found off-putting, but also to give me greater freedom in setting prices now that I am not represented by any particular gallery. At the moment prices range from £350 or £400 for small oil paintings to around £2,000 for the large canvases. So please contact me if you are interested in buying - I would recommend coming to visit my studio to see the work at first hand in my studio/gallery.
