The front door opens directly into the dining/kitchen. The kitchen is fully fitted with fridge, dishwasher, microwave, full sized cooker and ample crockery, cutlery and glasses.
There are two bedrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.
The bedrooms are complete with bedside cabinets, clock radios, wall lights and good sized wardrobes. Both bedrooms have two single beds and en-suite bathrooms with bath and
separate shower cubicle.
Towels, linen, duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. Towels are not provided for use around the pool.
On the ground floor there is a comfortable sitting room with hi fi and French television. A stone built conservatory links the sitting room and kitchen.
The open tread staircase leads to a minstrels gallery and the second bedroom. There is also a balcony over the conservatory which catches the sun from early morning to mid-afternoon.
All rooms are fully insulated, double glazed and have wall mounted electric heaters.
Outside is a private patio with table, chairs, BBQ and parking for two cars.
