Our preferred form of contact is via e-mail.
If you have no e-mail facilities, please phone. But we don’t think it’s fair to be interrupted when we’re helping clients, so the phone may divert to voice mail. We always call back as soon as we are able.
Home visits are readily available within our standard coverage area. We can travel further if required, but may need to add a modest surcharge to cover extra travel expenses. Ask us and we can discuss it with you.
Our standard fee is £30 for one hour, plus a £20 call-out charge. That is somewhat less than many plumbers !
Evening and weekend visits may sometimes be possible at a slightly higher charge. Ask us for details.
