We work well with people of any age, either singly or in small groups. We’re very patient and understand how modern technology is claimed to be simple, but can be very confusing until you’re familiar with it.

We give you the help, encouragement and confidence that you need to improve the way you use your Mac. Our aim is to put ourselves out of a job and to make you self-sufficient at using your Mac.

Macs come with a deceptively simple suite of software to do all sorts of tasks impressively,and with loads of style. You can take photographs, create music, record a PodCast and then gather all those parts together and build a sophisticated web site including a photo gallery.

You can do so much more than you ever thought possible. The Mac is designed to assist you to achieve things. Your friends and relatives will be very impressed with the results that you achieve and you’ll be very impressed with how easy it turned out to be.

For many tasks, we can show you how it’s done, then guide you through doing the same thing for yourself and we often leave a printed guide to remind you of the key steps and of any things to beware of.
