The sponsored walk of the 10 october saw 17 youth
members complete 100 laps of Gunknowe Loch. On such an
unwelcoming evening it was extremly heartening that so
many youngsters were willing to turn out, (there was
even two of next years members along for the run,
Thomas and Tommi). The youngsters raised a total of
£400 an amount far in excess of what we expected and
this will be used to provide equipment for their use.
A heartfelt thanks must go to the parents who were
willing to come along and assist with the smooth
running of the event. Our next event will be held in
the spring, if any organisation would like to join
with us trying to raise funds  please contact Scot on
758538 also any Companies that would like to help
would be more than welcomed. We can also be found at
the Community Centre any Sunday evening between 7 and
9 come along and see what is happening it only 50p.
