About this site I am a British geophysicist who decided to create a petroleum internet directory, because I could not find one that had everything I needed. I started in 1998 and this document has grown to over 1000 websites since then. I have included the sites for all major operators, contractors, government bodies, associations, and other sites of interest to geologists, geophysicists, petroleum engineers and anyone else working in the Oil and Gas business. Each line has the name of the company, the URL and a description of the company’s products or services.
