| Our house, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms,
built Aug 2001. Suburban area, quiet, safe, virtually no passing
traffic, very friendly neighbourhood. |
We are on the outskirts
of town, enjoying easy urban access as well as good rural views. This is the
view from the rear garden. |

Enniskillen and
the surrounding region.
Enniskillen is an exceptionally beautiful town.
It is built on an island in Lough Erne, one of the largest lakes in the
British Isles. It is a safe, peaceful community and the local
people are friendly and helpful. The surrounding area, known as Ireland's
Lakeland, has some spectacular scenery, and there are many interesting
places to visit. Highly recommended are Castle Coole House, Florencecourt House, Castle Archdale,
Enniskillen Castle, Marble Arch Caves, (with underground boat trip) Magho viewpoint, Devenish Island, White Island, Topped Mountain, Big Dog, Belleek Pottery
& a boat trip aboard the MV Kestrel around Enniskillen Island. One to two
hours away are the Ulster-American Folk Park, the Giant's Causeway (one
of the seven natural wonders of the world), Slieve League (highest sea
cliffs in Europe) and other attractions too numerous to mention. Dublin and Belfast are both two hours away
and there is top quality fishing, golf, and boating nearby.
We will leave a comprehensive list of all the best
places to visit and things to do for anyone staying in our home.
