development strategy

Prestigious private school forming a landmark within the proposed South Down National Park. Visibility assessments and consideration of mitigation opportunities provided a basis for estate management. Clarke Hall
'day in the life' museum landscape proposals

Conservation report with a 10 year programme of works in the order of £200,000 for a 2.4 hectare educational museum sited in an Elizabethan manor house. Proposals included rectification of modern additions, diversification of educational opportunities and display gardens, setting for new visitor centre and all weather 'access for all' circulation. The proposals contributed to securing a successful HLF bid. Client: Clarke Hall

Saltwell Part
restoration plan

Project development and lobbying to secure first ever Conservation Area Partnership funding for landscape infrastructure and planting. This approach developed into a £16 million flagship project for the Heritage Lottery Fund and the adoption of qualitative and quantitative maintenance incorporation of aesthetic and historic significance of all build and planted features.
