Twangy instrumentals band inspired by The Shadows and playing guitar instrumentals.

Line-up:

Phil Rackley - Guitar:

Phillip (or ‘Phil’ to the guys) is the soft spoken genius whose craftsmanship is not only shown in his fine musicianship, but also in the good humour and rock and roll energy that he contributes to the band. From his occasional leather trousers to his outstanding array of the finest Fender USA equipment, Phil is the stuff of rock and roll legends.

Parsley - Bass:

I stand tall in the presence of my fellow Silhouettes. It is a great pleasure and privilege to stand in line with Phil and Cyril, kicking our legs up in middle eights, or to look to one side and attend another blistering solo from Phil. For reliability, professionalism and enjoyment, this group are the best!

Cyril - Rhythm Guitar:

The new kid in the band, who has already won himself a following with his wild style. Several girls have been known to scream as he swings his hips in time to the bands raunchier numbers. From the ‘rock till you drop’ school, when Cyril’s around you better prepare for some fun and surprises!

Steve Rumley - Drums:

His boyish good looks are deceptive. Audiences can rarely believe that such an easy going guy can subject the drums to the hammering he gives them. Other drummers have been impressed by the masterful and surprising ways he flips the beat around.

1. The Lone Comanche - Written by Phil and a great tribute to a fine race of men.
2. Silhouettin' - Written by the whole band and is a show case for their individual talents.
3. Kontiki -A small piece of heaven designed to last the exact length of time it takes to drive the Golden Mile in Blackpool in a ‘P’ reg Hillman Imp.
4. Tales From A Raggy Tramline - A fast moving jaunt down a soon to be privatised memory lane.
