Sale of Finglesham Farm
Finglesham Farm in the parish of Northbourne, about three miles from Deal, has been sold by Messrs Nethersole and Honeyball, auctioners, of Deal, and Teynham, to M.G. Webb, acting on behalf of Sir Walter James Bart., for £16,000. The farm comprises a residence, well-arranged farm buildings, a second homestead called "Marley", several cottages, and 297 acres of arable and pasture land. The property belonged to the late Mr. William Harvey.
