on the 9th of March 1817 aged 26 years
after a long and painful illness in the last
hour of which he underwent an operation
with Christian fortitude and resignation
and finish'd his course, in that placid
composure which justifies the belief that his
Soul is centred in peace. Although his
release from suffering may soften it cannot
prevent those feelings of sorrow, which will be
long felt by his surviving Relatives and friends
