Lot 1. A PIECE of BUILDING GROUND, in the Village of Northbourne, with a Frontage of 18ft 6in. abutting to the Highway, in the tenure of James Atkins. [Not sold]
Lot 2. - Three modern-built COTTAGES, with Backway, Ground, and Appurtenances adjoining Lot 1, in tenure of Messrs. Atkins, Holmes, and Cocks. [Sold for £192]
Lot 3. - Three similar COTTAGES, with Backway, Ground, and Appurtenances adjoining Lot 2, in tenure of Messrs. Shelvey, Drayson, and Philpot. [Sold for £202]
Lot 4. - Two semi-detached COTTAGES, with Backway, Ground, and Appurtenances adjoining Lot 3, in tenure of Messrs. Cart and Redman. [Sold for £194]
Lot 5. - A BARN, STABLE, and other OUT-BUILDINGS, Yard and Appurtenances, adjoining Lot 4. with a Frontage of 83ft. to the Highway, in the tenure of Mr. Richard Fitall. [Sold for £117]
Lot 6. - A MESSUAGE in three Dwellings, with GARDEN and OUT-BUILDINGS, and a Frontage of 51ft. to the Highway, adjoining Lot 5, in the tenure of Messrs. Fitall, Bean and Spain. [Sold for £260]
Lot 7. - A very desirable Piece of BUILDING GROUND, adjoining Lot 6, with a Frontage of 105ft. to the Highway leading to Little Mongeham, in the occupation of Thos. Wanstall. [Sold for £46]

Lot 6 - Now Holm Cottage and Ivy Cottage, Deal Road, Northbourne
The precise location of the plots above is not stated, but early maps suggest they correspond to the property and houses shown along what is now the Deal Road in Northbourne; running from south of Longdane Cottages down to Holm Cottage and the junction of Deal Road and Mill Lane.
NB. - The prices inserted above were reported in The Deal Walmer
and Sandwich Mercury 15th September 1866.
Lot 2 & 3 - Once part of 'Trigger(s) Row', presumably Nos. 5 - 10, and demolished
some time around the late 1920s or early 1930s (Nos. 1 - 4 Trigger(s) Row still survive today, although No. 1 & 2 appear to be have been built post-1866, on the site of the agricultural buildings - Lot 5).
Lot 4 - The two semi detached cottages are the present day No.3 and 4, Trigger(s) Row on the Deal Road.
Lot 5 - Stable, barn, yard etc - see 162 on map.
Lot 6 - The 'three dwellings' (the present day thatched Holm cottage and
Ivy cottage dated 1731) in 1861 were occupied by:
i - Edmund and Maria Spain
ii - Richard and Maria Fittall and their four daughters
iii - William and Harriet Been [sic].
NB. Ivy cottage has been renamed 'Annie's cottage'.
