Orchard Cottage is available for hire
for holidays for periods in multiples of one week from 2:00pm on Saturday to
10:00am on the following Saturday |

2 |
The cost of the holiday will be agreed
separately. One half of the cost is payable
immediately as a deposit and until it has been received the holiday is not
booked. The balance of the cost is
payable 3 weeks before the commencement of the holiday and if it is not paid
the holiday will be cancelled.
Neither the deposit nor the payment of the balance of the cost are
refundable in the event of a cancellation. |

No pets are allowed at Orchard Cottage
unless a special arrangement has been made in which case a further deposit
will be payable, refundable upon no damage having occurred. |

4 |
Duvets, pillows and additional blankets
are provided but you must bring your
own linen and towels unless a special arrangement has been made. |

5 |
Any items damaged or broken during the
holiday must be replaced or the cost of replacement given to the
housekeeper. You will be responsible
for any damage to the cottage or its contents. |

Children must be appropriately
supervised. Particular care must be
taken in the garage and children should not be allowed to be unsupervised in
the garage |

As the cottage is thatched and birds on
occasion nest in the chimneys in the spring, no open fires are to be used in
the cottage nor should the solid fuel Rayburn be used unless a special
arrangement has been made. Neither
you nor any of your guests should smoke upstairs nor should candles or other
naked flames be used upstairs. |
