Orchard Cottage Slapton

Orchard Cottage is a
16th century/Georgian Grade II listed thatched cottage, created from
three terraced cottages some 50 years ago.
It nestles in the village of
Slapton in the South Hams of Devon, some 10 miles west of Dartmouth in a
triangle between Totnes, Kingsbridge and Dartmouth. The entire area of the South Hams is
idyllic and unspoilt and various parts, including the village of Slapton, are
conservation areas. The village is
approximately half a mile from the main road and consequently does not suffer
from through traffic.
