WEDDING FEES 2011

The Church of England sets Statutory Fees which are applicable across the whole of the country. The Statutory Fee for the Marriage Service is £262. In addition there is a fee of £22 for the publication of the banns, making the total Statutory Fee £284.

If you are marrying in another parish and require banns to be published at St Andrew’s the fee of £22 for the publication of banns will apply. A certificate of banns, issued at the time of publication costs a further £12.

In addition to these fees, there are some Parochial Fees which are charged by the Parochial Church Council of Heybridge St Andrew, which will apply to your wedding:

Sexton - £20

PCC fee for maintenance of church - £60

(This includes a contribution for lighting and heating, church cleaning, upkeep of organ etc.)

Organist (if required) - £60

Choir (If required) - £60

Church fee where service is recorded by video (if required) - £60
