COSSOR 54 Television
The COSSOR 54 was introduced in 1938. It was the cheapest set with sound that was available before the second world war. The set uses oscilloscope technology such as electrostatic deflection, it also looks like an early oscilloscope.
I have just about finished restoring this set. I have rubbed down the chassis to remove the rust and painted it.
I have replaced the perished rubber wiring and rebuilt the old tar capacitors.
Now I am trying to re-align the set an fix the last few faults.
