BUSH TV11A Television
The BUSH TV11A Television was a TRF table set full of EF50 valves and had a 9 inch CRT, it was introduced in 1948 and was made until 1950. The TV11A was one of the first AC/DC sets. It was one of the first to use an efficiency diode and have fly-back EHT. The set was very compact for it's age, this was achieved by stacking the workings on two levels. The TV11A is for the London area, in 1949 the TV11B was introduced which was for the Birmingham area. There was also a Bakelite version called the TV12, it was almost identical to the TV22. My TV11A is the only set in which I have hidden all the repairs.
