BUSH TV22 Television
The BUSH TV22 Television had a 9 inch CRT, it was introduced in 1950 and was made until about 1952.
The TV22 is the most attractive 405 line TV set. The TV22 was very compact for it's age,
this was achieved by stacking the workings on two levels.
My own TV22 is had a large chip at the front of the cabinet, but I recently obtained a spare one for £95.
My set is in working order, the worst problem with my set was that it needed a new Line Output Transformer.
Before the TV22 was the TV12 which was introduced in 1949, it looked almost identical to the TV22.
Here my set is in it's old broken case and the new case is to the left of it.
The picture on my TV22 (note lack of width due to my lopty not being quite right!).
