Angela Garry is currently researching a biographical book about Helene Hanff - this will include details relating to Helene's life, her books, the influence her books have had, her correspondence with fans, productions of '84' on stage and screen (including worldwide stage productions), thoughts from her friends and relatives,
It is intended that the book will be include many photographs of Helene, pictures from stage productions around the globe, copies of her correspondence with many of her fans, and many more items of interest.

Most recent news on this book (July 2006) is that work is still ongoing - so to all those waiting patiently for a publication date, this will be some time yet. Rest assured though, as soon as anything is finalised I will add details here and email anyone who has contacted me to ask for further news...
