who married John Robert Horlock on 25 September 1856 at St Nicholas Church, Harwich. Her father is shown

so no age given. She was probably born in Lambeth around 1836 but searches have not found her. Her
brother Charles Robert was certainly born in Lambeth in 1838. She appears in most of the Essex censuses
up to and including 1891 living in Mistley. I cannot find her in the 1901 census. Death certificate dated
21 September 1902 gives her age as 63 which is clearly wrong.In the 1851 Harwich census she is shown aged

2 1/2 and stayed there until she was grown up. Present in both 1881 and 1891 census. It states on the

My great great grandfather John Thomas Smith moved to Chigwell from Lambourn in Wiltshire between 1800 & 1802. He lived with his family at New Barn/High Barn Farm, Chigwell. On his retirement as a farmer his son, John Philip Smith, took over the farm, living with his parents

I am having difficulty locating the marriage record of my great-greatgrandfather, William Webb (son of George & Charlotte) who married Hannah Nixon probably around 1864-1866. By that time he was in a regiment and her parents had been military as well but they are
