A family run Bed & Breakfast situated in the heart of
Edinburgh, Scotland's capital. Our home is a lovely
Georgian upper villa, built around 1850. We have a
beautiful view of Arthur's Seat from the front and the
Pentland Hills from the back.

centre and all the main tourist attractions such as
Edinburgh Castle and Holyrood Palace.
Easily walked to but with many buses available for travel
