For the last eleven years I’ve been engaged in professional creative practice; through lecturing; my last post was at Loughborough University School of Art and Design; continuing a successful graphic design practice; producing brochures, artist’s monographs, stationery, posters, web-sites and designing music CD’s; by training some prestigious companies in the use of design software. And, most importantly, by exhbiting my personal work (detailed in this website).

This work has attracted grant aid and sponsorship from West Midlands Arts, the Midlands Architecture Design Environment, Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the Royal Institute of British Architects.

In January 2003 I resumed full-time creative practice. This website is my prospectus; detailing the nature of the work I seek to undertake, along with samples of my work.

Currently this website represents the body of work entitled 'Constructed Spaces'. It formed the first artist's project for MADE (Midlands Architecture Design Environment)

“Constructed Spaces is an exhibition primarily about the nature of buildings, memory, loss of identity and the physical changes taking place within urban environments. It raises national issues and is relevant to national debates on regeneration and the relationship between art, people and the built environment. On their own terms the works in Constructed Spaces test our expectations and powers of perception and invite our participation in their visual game-playing with titles providing vital clues for reading the images.”
