The Plaza is the centre of Neocron and sets a 'standard' of living by which all other areas are judged. The Plaza is under the control of City Administration and as a result property is well maintained and secure, unfortunately you pay for this.

Level 1 Plaza Apartment

Many runners call this apartment home. Plaza 1 apartments are clean and 'technical' but at the same time cold and sterile. Very spacious though, although the facilities look like they have been squashed into the corners. Well lit with a large window overlooking another apartment block, the window has a holoscreen projection as well (mainly because there isnt much of a view).

Notes: You'll notice that this clan apartment is the same as the Tangent clan apartment from the Via Rosso section. I'm making a bit of a guess here but I suspect that either faction clan apartments aren't linked to the same zone that faction runners start in (as I originally suspected), or that this is a bug (it could be that this is the 'Skycentre problem' I have heard many references to).
