This apartment makes the Plaza look postively homely :-). Its cold, cold and dark, but not dingy in the same way as the Pepper Park apartments. Illuminated by dim blue lights it somehow manages to make you feel at home. While there are no windows (due to being underground) there is a mirror for you to look at. I must say I LOVE this apartment. Thanks to Agent L from the official forums for pointing out the change in number of cabinets.

Ok I finally caved in and purchased this baby in NC1. To be honest I was a bit disapointed but I don't really know why. Its probably because this apartment isnt any bigger than the standard one, but a second floor has been added (with your own personal grav lift to get there).
