Some of my most common or useful Atari software, if you are a Newbie to the ST, or dont have have some of these, heres your chance!!

	Atari ST and Mega UK Language disk - Original master disk supplied with STs, has very poor version of Basic and a few accessories, only really useful for curiousity value. Using X-Control listed below is far better though.
	X-Control - Atari's extendable control panel, version 1.0 comes standard with Atari's newer Mega/STE, TT/030 and Falcon 030 computers. This is the last version, 1.31.
	ACC.PRG - Put this in your AUTO folder and you can save cluttering up the root of your boot disk or hard drive, by storing all your ACCs in a folder.
	ST Zip - uncompress those downloaded zip files on your Atari. MUST HAVE!!
	Check ST - Simple diagnostic utility that shows your Atari's specification with TOS version, memory, blitter chip, GDOS installed, etc.
	525 - Very useful audio sample conversion program, lets you convert an audio sample to various different formats. Great for transferring samples between your Atari and a PC or Mac.
	HyperPaint - Atari Paint package, nice. Runs in colour or monochrome.
	Sebra - Enable software that only works in monochrome high res modes (like Cubase) to work on a colour monitor or TV, this will slow the ST down a bit and picture quality is not as good, but essential if you dont have an Atari SM124 monitor and you want to run music software.
	Shanghai - Nice addictive Oriental puzzle game that runs in medium or high resolution modes.
	Ghostlink - Great program to let you connect your Atari to a PC using a nullmodem cable let you to copy important files to a PC. Its slow but very useful for backups.

All files are self extracting archives, copy the file to a blank disk insert it into the ST and double click on the .TOS file and it will extract all the necessary files. You can then delete the original file.

To format a 720k disk on a PC, run this little program here, as the normal disk formatter under Windows can be awkward sometimes. :o)
