Dear Sarah,
Wow what a month! We are very excited to be
launching our unique 100-point Financially Fit Self-
Assessment tool which identifies which of your 10
financial muscles are toned and honed and which are
loose and flabby.
Use this run-up to the festive season to paint a
clear picture of your financial situation before you hit
the high streets and face the New Year in control of
your finances.
| Financially Fit or Financially Flabby? |
 |
|
Are your financial muscles well toned and healthy or
weak and flabby? Do you want to change your
relationship with money and have control over your
financial future or continue complaining that you
never have enough?
Our unique Self Assessment tool will help you identify
which of your 10 financial muscles need particular
attention and which are in pretty good shape.
Those of you who wish to clearly identify and sweep
away what's holding you back and preventing you
from moving forward should definitely look at this hot
resource.

| Run With It |
 |
|
You can fret about what life hands you. Or you can
put your energy into doing something positive and
meaningful with it. You can complain about the
weather, and your complaints will not bring about a
single ray of sunshine. Or you can adjust your actions
to suit the conditions, and move positively forward no
matter what.
You can worry about what others think of you. Or
you can give life to the best that you expect of
yourself. You can curse the setbacks. Or you can
find in them the motivation and the means to reach
ever higher.
You can wait and wait for the perfect opportunity,
until everything is lined up just right. Or you can
move ahead with what's available here and now,
even though it may not be perfect. If you wait
around for life to hand you all the good things you
want, you're likely to be terribly disappointed. Yet
when you take what you have and run with it, life will
get better and better.

| Ego System |
 |
|
So what is the Ego? And how can you spot when
yours is getting in the way of your progress and
happiness? Maggy Whitehouse looks at what
happens when you can control your Ego and maximise
on life.
Metaphysics teaches that Ego is your habitual self:
the part of you that goes through the motions every
day. It takes care of which leg goes into your
trousers first; makes sure that they're not on back-
to-front and does up the zipper. It likes things to be
the way that they always have been. Try to
remember for a week to clean your teeth in a
different order and you'll soon see how powerful your
Ego is.
Whatever you were taught by your Mum, Dad,
Grandparents or teachers up to the age of seven
tends to stay put in the Ego. Very useful when
it's 'look both ways before crossing the road' or 'fire
hurts if you touch it'. Not so useful when it's 'you
must behave in a certain way to be loved' or 'you're
not good enough'.

| Top 10 Ways to Overcome Procrastination |
 |
|
When a person is bored or uninterested, certain tasks
and projects can seem like torture! This feeling
usually leads to procrastination, and procrastination
often leads to guilt. Here are some practical ways to
avoid these situations and overcome procrastination:
1. Recharge Daily - Be sure to get enough sleep and
rest each day so that you have the necessary
energy you need to accomplish your tasks.
2. Get a Friend Involved - It's harder to procrastinate
when another person is involved. If you have a task
you aren't looking forward to, invite a friend over to
help you out. If you have errands to run, find a
buddy who you can run errands with.
