Brian Bosley, is a retired police inspector having served with the Hampshire Constabulary. During a period from 1984, he spent three years with the computer development team where he acquired much of his computer skills.

After his retirement in 1990, Brian became the information technology officer for the British Red Cross, Hampshire Branch in Winchester, designing and installing a Novell Network. Software subjects were taught to the staff.

1997 saw a move to a Health Trust charity, again as their information technology officer, designing and installing a new network using a Microsoft NT 4 network system together with, Checkpoint Firewalls, Microsoft Exchange & the Office Suite

Brian first became interested in the use of computers for promotional presentations through graphics displays whilst at the Red Cross. The originality of this early work was the subject of an article in "Graphics World". He has followed this interest to the present day.

Data Protection was always a key subject, having been responsible for the preparation and registrations under the Act for all three organisations.

Brian has been designing websites since leaving the Help for Health in 2003,

His sole aim is to help private individuals and the small business to use computer technology more readily and easily. In that respect he is prepared to offer tuition, support and consultation in most areas of information technology together with basic website design and its on going upkeep.

He also designs and makes 'Personalised Magnetic Bookmarks. ( See for examples Gallery)

It might come as no surprise that the Bosley family have a keen interest in tropical fish.
