HOME	Please send an email if you wish to book any rooms, retreats etc and we will ask you to pay a deposit. Once we receive notification of your payment, we will advise you that your booking is confirmed. On arrival we will ask you to pay the balance in full. You can pay either by cash or by credit card, though card payments will incur a £4 surcharge. REFUNDS: 50% refund of your deposit up until 1 week prior to arrival. After that, we regret no deposit refunds are possible. CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS: Less than 48 hours prior to arrival the full charge is payable. PLEASE NOTE: For longer term bookings special cancellation terms apply. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival and leave a mobile contact number with us. Likewise, please feel free to contact us with any questions you might have. Please also note that Balintraid House is self-catering and you are welcome to use the kichen facilities. Because these are shared you are also expected to clean up after yourself. Thank you for your consideration :) And last but not least - as you can see from the picture below, please be aware that we have cats and other pets / wildlife here.
