All accommodation is inspected every year and all properties have to meet an extensive list of minimum requirements before they can even be considered for a 1 star rating. |

CANCELLATION
& EMERGENCY EXPENSES INSURANCE
We
have arranged an insurance scheme with
specialist Travel Insurers, Travel
Protection Group plc. for all clients booking
with us. The premium is included in the cost of your holiday and
cover starts as soon as your booking is accepted.
The following is a summary of the cover.
The insurers will reimburse any irrecoverable accommodation
charges to you or a member of your
party ( as listed on the booking form) if you are unable to take your holiday
due to a cause outside of your control.
Policy
excess: In
the event of a claim the
“party” will be responsible for the first £35,
the deposit excess is £10, unless the claim is as a result of a pre - existing
medical condition, in which
case the excess is increased to £75

HELPLINE - EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE
If you or a member of your party are
taken ill or injured whilst away we also include an Emergency Service and cover
in respect of expenses incurred as follows.
