It is very easy to set up - you can mark mails as 'friendly' or barred, and the software will accept or reject emails from that address in the future. MW can also check incoming emails against lists of 'spammers' - unwanted email senders - and forwarn you which emails are suspect. There is a basic virus checker built in, although you still must have up to date antivirus software on your computer. Other protections for your own computer can be very complicated and require serious knowledge to set up.
