1. Making the Booking

To make a booking please contact us first to check availability, on 01279 503221 or mobile 07768 878840. Alternatively you can e-mail us at:  barrie.mellor@googlemail.com 

To secure a booking complete the booking form and send it with your deposit of £100.00. Confirmation of your booking and details of the balance will be sent to you by return.

The final payment is to be received at least 6 weeks before departure, after which details, giving directions from the airport and access to the property, will be sent.

2. Rental Period

The rental period is from 14:00 on the first day until 10:00 on the last day. This can only be varied if there are no other booking before or after and by arrangement with our local agent. Please try to arrange flights accordingly, particularly during the peak and high seasons                                                                                                           

3. Insurance and Cancellations

It is advisable to take out holiday insurance to cover cancellations as you will be liable for the full amount if you have to cancel and we are unable to secure another booking for the same period.

4. Force Majeure

We are unable to accept responsibility for any aspect of your holiday arrangement beyond our control such as threats of war, civil commotion, riots, industrial disputes, government action or travel delays caused by any reason.

5. Subletting

The accommodation is only for the use of those clients named on the booking form. Subletting or assigning of the property to other persons is not permitted.

6. Flights and Car hire

Clients should make their own arrangement for flights and car hire but advice on both are available on request.
