Put simply,
eBooks are electronic books that can be read on a computer screen
or printed out to paper.
eBooks
come in the form of simple programs that you can download and store
on your PC.
eBooks
offer a high level of interactivity not possible in print editions.
This makes eBooks the perfect medium for 'step by step' guides, 'how
to' guides and so on, because you can immediately connect to additional
information or resources at exactly the moment you need them.
eBooks
can be delivered in an instant and at no cost (via direct download
from the Internet or as an attachment to an email message).
Almost
all the eBooks available on here are compatible with Windows
PC's (Win 95 or higher). The only other requirement is that you have
Internet Explorer version 4 or higher installed on your PC. We have
just added a large selection of PDF eBooks, All our PDF eBooks will
run on all window PC's & Mac's. Please read item description's
for more details.

Do I Need any Special Software?
Some of
the eBooks you'll find online require that you download and install
special 'reader' software. This is not the case with the eBooks available
here.
Our eBooks
require no special software and are compatible with Windows 95, 98,
NT, ME, 2000 and XP. The only other requirement is that you have
Internet Explorer (version 4 or higher) installed on your PC. You
will need acrobat reader to view PDF files. If you do not have acrobat
reader installed you can click

Do your eBooks work on the MAC?
Only eBooks
in PDF format
are Mac compatible. EXE eBooks can only be viewed on PC's. Please
read the item description for more details. If you are unsure

How do I Download and Read your eBooks?

will be emailed to as either an email attachment or a downlaod link.
Full details will be included in this email.
If your
item is delivered iin .ZIP format, you'll need to have a copy of
WinZip to open the file. You can download a free version of WinZip
from here.
Once you've downloaded the ZIP file, double-click the icon to open
it. Select all the files in the WinZip window and click 'Extract'.
Choose a folder to extract the file(s) to. Go to that folder on your
PC and double-click the icon to open the file(s).

How are eBooks delivered?
You will
receive an email from us providing your item as either an attachment
or as a download link. If you do not receive our email within 24
hours, Please check your spam or trash folder because it will most
likely be there. If not, please contact us
and we will manually send the email within 12 hours, often much sooner.
if you
receive an email providing you with a download link to, begin downloading,
simply click the download link(s). Once the download has finished,
simply go to the folder where you saved it, and double-click the
icon to open the book.

How long does it take to Download an eBook?
The speed
of the download depends largely on the size of the eBook in question
and the speed of your Internet connection. Typically, the download
should take between 1 and 6 minutes.

Do you have any after-sales Support?
Yes. If
you have any difficulty at all downloading or using our eBooks, simply contact us
and we'll gladly help you out. In the event that you discover that
the eBook is not compatible with your computer system, we'll issue
you with a full refund.
