Pictured below are eight Reject bins that we have fabricated for a leading Ready meal Factory that supplies fresh salad meals to Top supermarket chains, They have been made to collect under weight items off a production line, the bins have a inlet for the product in the front and an access door on the back for the operators to remove the items. We have fitted adjustable feet so the Reject inlet can be adjusted to the right settings for the different height production lines.
Below is one of the many heated caustic tanks that we are currently fabricating for a leading oven cleaning company, these are designed to be easily taken apart for cleaning purposes. It also has a fully sealed lid to stop the caustic from leaking whilst in transit.
Pictured below are a batch of generator housings we are currently making for a customer that came to us with an idea. With this idea we have fabricated a product that is strong and compact for his needs.
Pictured below is an electrical box that has been highly polished to a 'mirror' finish for our customers specifications.
