Pictured below is just one of the sixty five Air conditioning units for the refurbishments on all of the London undergound trains, these units were designed to slide on rails under the train drivers controls for easy access when it comes to maintanance, you can see by the first picture all the panels are removable.
Pictured below are a couple of Prototype engine covers we are manufacturing for a leading Engineering firm based in Burton on Trent, these are assembled and welded in specially made Jigs to guarantee consistent accuracy every time, for final preparation the engine covers are Orbital sanded ready for paint.
