Pipework
We can manufacture from 6mm Diameter Stainless Steel Dairy Pipework to 16" Diameter Mild Steel N/B Pressure Pipework (as shown in photo) all purge welded by Coded welders for smooth and clean internal welds for food hygiene purposes.
Pictured below is a good example of Our pipework and fabrication. By using this panel you can transfer the product to several other destinations using only one pump saving you money and space.
Below shows a picture of a section of Jacketed pipework the inner pipe is 3" O/D 316 Stainless Steel and the outer jacket is 4" O/D 316 Stainless Steel with 1" link pipes for the jacket. We used 316 Stainless so the pipes can be cleaned with a caustic solution.
Pictured below are 13 Humidification test Pods we have manufactured for a well known Aerospace firm Based in Derby.
Below we have a 180 Degree long radius bend which will helps product flow through without blocking.
The picture below shows pressure pipe work that was all prepared and welded (only by Our Coded welders) at Our workshop then fitted on site once completed, for customer convenience.
The picture below shows one of Our typical Jigs used to manufacture multiples off with precise accuracy, making all the pipework interchangeable.
