Platforms
We can manufacture a wide range of platforms, Fire exits from Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Mild steel (painted or galvanised) with either Staircases, steps, ships ladders or just standard ladders. There are various types of hand rail ranging from including high polished Stainless Steel to Mild steel key clamp.
The Platform below was fabricated to be a hanging platform to not restrict floorspace, it was made with a heavy duty flooring to support a large holding vessel. It was galvanised and erected by Us into situe with a polished 2" Stainless steel handrailing.
Below is a heavy duty staircase manufactured and fitted by Us for an office fire escape. Again finished in galvanise with key clamp handrail.
Pictured below is a light weight removable access platform made from stainless Steel box section with aluminium floor plates, to assist operators to view inside a large diameter vessel.
Below is a access platform made from aluminium chequer plate with 1" stainless steel handrail designed by Us to aid operators to have easy access to get at changing labelling reels from a production line.
Pictured below are two access steps to get onto a conveyor to allow operators move any obstructions that can cause the conveyor to to get jammed. The steps are made from a combination of stainless steel and aluminium they have been designed by us to be strong yet light enough to move easily they are also in compliance EEMUA guidlines.
Below shows a platform we have made that because of it's height needed ladder safety hoops.
Pictured below are 5 up and over walkways that we manufactured these walkways give operators access over a production lines, which is essential in case of an emergency.
