Vessels
Using over 25 years of fabricating knowledge we can manufacture the highest quality Vessels, all made to food industries strict hygiene laws with all internal welds polished out and fitted inspection hatches.
Pictured below on the right hand side is 7 meter high by 3 meter SQ stainless steel storage vessel for a leading crisp manufacture, with a large man door and sight glasses all polished to food hygiene standards. Pictured on the right is a large 3 meter high by 2 meter diameter caustic holding vessel made from acid resistant 316l stainless steel with a dished lid and man door, coned bottom and dairy fittings.
Below is a small Liquor holding vessel 1 meter in diameter with a hinged lid, Using machined bosses on top to receive sensor probes and hygienic fittings for product transfer.
Below is a small diameter transfer vessel with to flanged inlets and a bolted access panel.
This cyclone pictured below was manufactured by us for an ash separation process used in power stations.
The picture below is showing 3 vessels in the middle of being fabricated, these vessels are being fitted with dimpled panels for either cooling or heating the product is side the vessel.
