JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR

Waynes previous post as Junior development director for TNS FC, Welsh Premier League champions 2004/5. He was regarded by the club as one of the best footballers ever produced by mid-Wales, Wayne was involved in the development of young players up to the age of 16. Whilst with the club he gained his UEFA `A' Licence.
