You know you've arrived when you see your work on the BBC. But breaking into the corporation is never easy and culturally diverse programming has yet to gain much airtime.

Sponsored by the BBC's own ICG (Independent Commissioning Group) and PACT (Producers Alliance for Cinema and Television) this three day programme will introduce freelancers and producers from ethnic minority backgrounds to the BBC, explain what the commissioners are looking for, and offer people with projects in development the chance of a one-on-one session with a BBC executive.
