Although not technically a 'twitcher' or even a 'birdwatcher', I deeply love to watch Raptors (Birds of Prey) doing their thing.  There is a growing number of Bird Sanctuaries/Centres around the country, my favourites being the 'Hawk Conservancy' and  Eagle Heights.  Click here to see my Eagle Heights picture pages

I also enjoy experimenting with various 'toys'.  The following was taken with a +4 close up lens screwed onto the front of the camera and a macro flash adapter which splits the flash into two separate outputs either side of the lens.  (These can also have individual colour filters over them).

The subject is called Guar and Juniguar, (two cast pewter and crystal dragons) and goes to prove that I'm a dracophile.  I get most upset on St George's Day.  (Why celebrate the extinction of the last dragon???)
