John, the son of Richard and Hannah, was probably born in Staffordshire as were his children and grandchildren. He was married three times, and died just one month after the third! This is the line of Kim (a descendant of John's first marriage to Ann Pointon) and Josephine (from his second, to Mary Lawton).
