Why are the cards so inexpensive?
A. The cards are produced in very large quantities to an extremely high quality standard. The more we produce, the cheaper we can sell them! This enables us to offer them at a price low enou gh to encourage everyone to buy them - just in case!

Are the cards durable?
A. Yes. PVC cards are very inferior in comparison ('Mountain Bike Pro' magazine tried to destroy our cards but failed). That is why we can offer a Lifetime guarantee

Where is the best place to carry the Emergency Action Card?
A. Tie it onto your Rucksack drawcord. If someone finds you unconscious the most logical thing they'll do is to open your Rucksack to see what can used to protect you from the elements. That means they'll find the card and hopefully follow the guidelines. Note: tie the Compass card on your Compass cord.

Who buys them?
A. Army and RAF cadets, Guides, Scouts, Duke of Edinburgh Award entrants, County Councils, Schools, Universities to name just a few! Even Mountain Rescue Teams (they use them to raise funds)

A. Yes - and from the Guides Association Trading Service

A. Please E-mail us for enquires or phone us for trade purchases

A. Yes!!! Consider the fact that you may have an accident. Your safety would depend on the actions of those giving you assistance. Not only that, but you would still be responsible for the safety of any inexperienced persons you took out with you!

A. If you need a receipt just say YES on the order form

A. None, and that includes quality, delivery and service! (we intend to keep it that way!)

On a card I purchased some time ago there is an Internet address other than yours. Why?
A. Some cards were purchased to be used as an advertising medium by other Companies. We offer this service (no charge) for very large purchases. Note: some of these Companies or their Internet addresses may not exist any more.
