Natural High Bungee equipment must have a minimun Factor of Safety of 5. In other words, the equipment must be capable of carrying a minimum of five times more than the maximum allowable load. Typically the safety factors are much higher than 5. For example the minimum breaking load on a Bungee Harness is 2 Tonnes. To further increase safety factors, each component of the Bungee connection system is coupled with a safety back up connection.
Because we at Natural High Bungee take safety so seriously, we recognise that there is the potential for human error. Our proven system employs a triple check system by a specially trained crew. Every component of the Bungee rigging is triple checked prior to every single jump. Our standard operating procedure, which is never deviated from, ensures that any mistake is very quickly picked up well before final checks at the jump point.
Our system works - we have proved that over the last 7 years with a perfect safety record.
